Free Voicemail to Email Service
Call Inbox is a great Simple and Free way to let people leave Voicemail messages for you without giving out any of your private telephone numbers or email addresses.
We give you a mailbox, which you can customise with your own greeting and you can give the telephone and mailbox number to anyone so they can leave messages which we deliver to you by email as sound files straight to your email inbox, hence our name "Call Inbox"
You can put your mailbox information in your on-line profile on social networking and chat sites, in your emails - even in adverts and business cards. Never worry about giving out your number again.
Because your messages are sent to you by email, you can receive them anywhere you can get your email, using Outlook, GMail, MSN or your web-mail service... In fact almost Anywhere!
Is it REALLY Free? - Yes! - There are no sign-up or subscription charges. Callers to the service use UK local rate numbers (0844) which are charged at 5p/minute from BT landlines. To activate your mailbox, you need to make one call to our 0844 number to enter an activation code that we send to you by email, for security. This should take less than one minute. Dedicated Numbers:
If you need a voicemail service without an access code, for a small fee we can provide you with your own local rate 0844 telephone number which connects directly to your mailbox, without entering a PIN. Please see our Dedicated Voicemail Numbers page for further information.
Divert Landline to Voicemail if Busy or No Answer:
With a dedicated number, we can configure your 0844 number to ring any UK landline (01 or 02 number) for a preset time (usually 15 or 30 seconds, for example) and if there is no answer or if the line is busy the call is transferred to your voicemail service. The call transfer is completely seemless, with no "Please wait while your call is transferred" or similar message for a very professional service. Messages are sent by email allowing them to be accessed anywhere with an Internet connection.
